Return Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for store credit, except for custom orders. Original shipping costs will be deducted from refund. You must contact Bartholomew Fine Art Jewelers first. Items must be returned within 7 business days and insured at the cost of the customer.

All sales are final on custom orders. All other purchases may be returned for store credit.

Shipping

All items with a value of $50.00 or more are shipped USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation to the United States.
Items over $250.00 are also shipped Priority Mail with signature confirmation to the United States.
Items with a value of less than $50.00 are shipped First class with delivery confirmation.
International shipping rates listed is for First Class registered (insured). If you do not need registered shipping, please let us know. However, if not registered, Bartholomew Fine Art Jewelers cannot be held responsible for loss or damage by postal carrier. Any custom duty is the responsibility of the customer.
